The Game ‘Cooly Skunk’ For SNES, Which Was Previously Cancelled, May Soon See A Release On Cartridge

Ukiyotei’s canceled SNES platformer, Cooly Skunk, may see a cartridge release after 29 years through a new crowdfunding campaign. The history of Cooly Skunk is complex, but the main points will be summarized. Cooly Skunk was initially developed as a platformer game for Super Famicom by Bullet Proof Software. However, the game was later transferred to Visit, where it underwent a major overhaul to introduce a Skunk character. This decision was made in order to increase the game’s appeal to North American players, as explained by its director Kenshi Naruse.

Collecting retro games is my favorite hobby, and I have a great collection that takes you back in time. In addition to gaming, I also have 830+ premium domain names, which is another hobby that I love just as much. I started collecting domains in '97, combining my interest in the digital world with my love for nostalgic gaming.
