Solo game developer Jamie Rowan has announced the release of the first playable Steam demo for Lelu, an upcoming monochromatic action-adventure game. Lelu is a cute and bite-sized action-adventure game about a small, clockwork toy that gains consciousness and develops a desire for freedom. Players will explore a sprawling, labyrinthian toy factory filled with puzzles, combat, and dangers as they search for the way out. A new trailer confirms the demo is available on the game’s Steam page now, with a release to be announced at some time in the future.

In Lelu, players will navigate their way through The Toy Factory, a labyrinthine tower filled with puzzles and traps set by the factory’s eccentric guardian. They’ll use their wits and agility to overcome challenges, from conveyor belts and electrifying circuits to sentient toys and towering titans.
