Death Kid is a new arcade-inspired arena brawler that is out now on Nintendo Switch and Xbox consoles. Developed by Take IT Studio in collaboration with Crooked Games, the game invites players to visit a haunted well and face off against waves of enemies while protecting three fragile souls caught between life and death. The developers have described Death Kid as “arcade-style brutality meets strategic progression in this fast-paced indie brawler.”
As players progress through the waves, they’ll level up, becoming more dangerous and needing better strategy, quick reflexes, and a mastery of powerful abilities as the enemies also get more powerful. Death Kid has been in development for over seven years but is now ready to deliver retro-style action with modern design sensibilities and replayability.
