A PC port of Mystical Ninja starring Goeman, a beloved N64 game, has been developed by ‘Klorfmorf‘ with 60fps and widescreen support.
Many users on the Ganbare Goemon Discord Server have shared pictures of the game running on the Steam Deck, reflecting the modern hardware compatibility. To play this port, users must provide their own ROM files from the Japanese release, as it only works with that version for now. The port’s availability and updates offer a nostalgic yet enhanced gaming experience for players revisiting this classic title.

The Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon recompilation currently only functions with the Japanese ROM of the game. Still, it’s highly recommended for those who are already acquainted with the game.
