Sony Interactive Entertainment Has Announced The Appointment of Hideaki Nishino And Hermen Hulst as New CEOs

After former Sony Interactive Entertainment CEO Jim Ryan departed, Sony announced that Hideaki Nishino will take over as CEO of the Platform Business Group, while Hermen Hulst will become CEO of the Studio Business Group starting from June 1, 2024. The current interim CEO, Hiroki Totoki, will transition to the role of chairman while retaining his positions as president, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer of Sony Group Corporation. Nishino and Hulst will report to Totoki and collaborate closely to enhance the core businesses and leverage synergies within Sony Interactive Entertainment.
