SoulStream Saga: Chapter 1 is a new pixel art JRPG from debut developer After1mage 1nteractive. A new trailer shows off the game’s unique shared combat system that RPG fans will be able to try for themselves in the Steam prologue demo launching at the end of March. The story in SoulStream Saga: Chapter 1 centers on a brutal war that has ravaged the capital city of Alestria. Rival factions, Mages and Alchemists, claim to fight for a better future, but many are simply using the conflict as an excuse for anarchy, while ordinary civilians pay the price.
The prologue demo puts players in the shoes of Astarius Valcrest during the war that shaped Alestria, with all skills unlocked and Astarius at maximum level, giving a full taste of the ATB combat system before the main story begins. Wishlist here to be notified when it’s live.
