Underchoice is a new survival simulator from developer TG Indie and publisher Targem Games. Although there is no set release date, a new trailer gives us a glimpse of what we can expect when it arrives. Players will take on the role of an overseer for a large shelter following the collapse of society. In this post-apocalyptic world, players will take on moral choices, responsibility, and the consequences of every decision.
The outside world is no longer fit to live in, and there is only one place that can protect people: the bunker. Players become the caretaker and take responsibility for difficult choices: saving or rejecting, sharing or denying, trusting or defending. There’s nothing but chaos outside, and each knock on the door may mean salvation or destruction. These choices will decide the fate of the bunker’s inhabitants and the wandering souls on the doorstep.
In a press statement, TG Indie said. “Amid growing interest in post-apocalyptic survival stories, Underchoice offers its own take on moral choices, responsibility, and the consequences of every decision. Will you let a stranger into the shelter? Sacrifice resources to save others? Risk the safety of the community for the sake of the future?”
