Dwarf Legacy is a new pixel art title described by developer Wulo Games as “a bullet hell precision platformer” that is like “Space Invaders, but close and personal”. The game is set for release in the second quarter of 2026 on Steam and will also include roguelike elements. In Dwarf Legacy, players will battle unrelenting swarms of enemies as they try to get to the top of the mountain.

The developer has also stated that a console release of the game is currently being considered, although no firm decisions will be made until the Steam release has been finished. Those wanting an early look at the game can download the Steam demo and are invited to join the developers’ Discord channel for updates.

In a press statement, the developer said. “Prepare to embark on a daring journey into the depths of The Mountainhome. Climb treacherous vertical dungeons and reclaim your lost legacy in a world steeped in mystery and danger. Set within the abandoned halls of an ancient dwarven mountain cave, your wits, agility, and determination will be pushed to their limits in this captivating roguelite precision-platformer.”
