Halls of Torment is a retro-inspired hoard survival title from developer Chasing Carrots. It was released for Steam in 2024 and has received high praise from critics and players. Now, Halls of Torment is set to expand with a new DLC pack, titled The Boglands, with a firm release date yet to be announced. There was also news that a large free update will accompany the new DLC release. 

The Boglands is the first expansive DLC introducing fresh heroes, mechanics, and additional challenges. The free ‘Bardcore’ update will add a new character called The Bard alongside additional abilities, music tracks, and more. The final piece of news for Halls of Torment fans is that the entire game, including the new DLC and update, will be released on Xbox and PlayStation at a future date.

What Awaits in the Boglands:
