It has been an exciting week for retro Zelda fans as Echo Isle, a new Zelda-inspired RPG, has a new demo. The news follows on from Eldor’Idle, another Zelda-like RPG also announced. In Echo Isle, players do what they would expect from a game heavily inspired by the GBC Zelda outings. Slash a sword, solve puzzles, beat some bosses, and save the day.
Well, we’re sure there is more to it than that, but the new Steam demo will let anyone interested try the first dungeon. In Echo Isle, players take on the role of Aster, a star warrior sent to banish the darkness. Wielding his trusty sword, he embarks on a daring mini-adventure across a cozy island to collect the four legendary Echo Stones.
